K&J Charters Limousine Charter Policy

Policy Notice:

· We reserve the right to terminate & Charge for rental at any time. 25% rental cost due upon booking. No refunds on deposit or payments.

· No illegal substances allowed. No alcohol permitted on any vehicle with anyone under the age of 21.

· There will be a $250.00 clean-up fee for excessive trash and/or spills during the rental.

· There will be a $350.00 clean-up fee for anyone who regurgitates during the rental.

· Client is responsible for the actions of their guests and all damages to the vehicle during the rental.

· A Credit Card with clients name must be on file for all rentals for incidentals purposes. Card will not be charge unless damages occur, payment has not been made or NSF check.

·All payments may be paid by cash, check, money order or by credit card.  Payments must be pre-paid in full prior to your event. Only cash is accepted at the time of pick up.

· $25.00 Return fee on any returned checks. Customers will be responsible for all collections fee’s that are due. Any charges that have to be made on a credit card will show up as K & J Charters.

· K & J Charters cannot be held responsible for traffic, accidents, or anything pertaining to but not limited by an unforeseen problem, and/or an act of Nature.

· There will not be any refunds or extending time on any events due to things that are out of the control of K & J Charters as stated above.
